Eric rocked the HMSA 25K he ran last Sunday. It was a beautiful running day, he felt great, ran fast and I think he even had fun. Check out the details of his race here.
Unfortunately I did not remember to take any pictures, but Eric looked great, as always. Great job, Eric, we're proud of you!! Can't wait to see you run the 30K next month.

Hey, that Garmin Connect thing is really cool. I guess that's some serious motivation knowing it will be uploaded like that for analysis.
Thanks for coming to watch me run. It was really fun seeing the three of you bundled up and cheering me on. Okay, Camden's was more of a slient cheer, but it still counts.
